At this time, we do not perform these services in house, but we do track down the people and companies that do these services and go over options with you before booking them for your needs

We currently service Arizona, specifically Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Florence, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Phoenix, and Scottsdale. We are willing to travel out of state to perform rehearsal and day of coordination at additional cost

Currently our home base is in Queen Creek Arizona. We are more than happy to do video chat appointments for out of state, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Mesa clients to save you the drive of coming to us. For our Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Florence, Gilbert and Chandler clients, we can travel to you or schedule an appointment for you to come to us.

We make weekly video appointments along with check-ins (pictures included (if any) via text for iPhone users, android via WhatsApp due to image issues) so you are kept up to date on all the progress being made.

For those that live close by we have weekly in-person appointments to brainstorm ideas and see the progress of everything along with check ins mentioned above.

Regardless of if you live near or far, we work with you from the day you book with us to the day you leave for your honeymoon!

During our weekly appointments we'll start planning. With your input we'll create your save the dates and wedding invitations, help you pick your colors, and walk you through our stock of charger plates and tableware if not provided by the venue we help you choose. We'll help you pick your décor and order materials we don't have in stock. We'll create your guests name plates for table settings, create your music set list, wedding programs, rehearsal dinner menus, RSVP cards with dinner options or dinner menus for guests at plated receptions or menu posters for buffets. We will create your rehearsal and day of timeline along with seating charts.

We'll do mockup place settings so you can see your vision start to come to life. We'll get in contact with and book videographers and photographers and contact bakers and caterers to set up tastings. We'll help you pick your flowers with florists. We'll make appointments with vendors if desired for you to pick your dress and tux along with fittings and alterations. We'll contact hair and make up for appointments and work with your schedule. We will help you plan and book your honeymoon along with getting your out-of-town guests' accommodations.

When the day comes for your rehearsal, whether you live near or far we will be there to practice getting you down that aisle and your first dance. On your special day we will make sure everything runs smoothly and have our DJ prepped and ready for the reception (ceremony as well if needed). Our job is to help make your day perfect!

The deposit for Active-Duty Military is fully refunded or services rescheduled in case of Deployment.
